Terms of Service

These terms apply to Qasr Imberon’s independent Qasr Al Watan visit-planning services. By submitting and purchasing an accepted advisory request, the customer agrees to these terms.

Independent Advisory Service

Qasr Imberon provides trip-planning information. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official ticket seller for Qasr Al Watan. It does not sell palace admission, transportation, parking, or organized transfers.

Packages and Fees

• Essential Visit Plan: $29 for one visit date and 1–2 travelers.
• Access and Transport Plan: $59 for one visit date and up to 4 travelers.
• Complete Visit Plan: $89 for one visit date and up to 4 travelers.

Fees cover only the written advisory scope described for the selected package. Admission tickets, transport, parking, and all other third-party charges are separate.

Request Acceptance and Deliverables

A submitted form is a request, not automatic acceptance. Qasr Imberon may seek clarification before accepting it. Once accepted and paid, the deliverable is a written plan based on the details supplied and the selected package. The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete information.

Cancellations and Refunds

A customer may cancel before planning work begins for a full advisory-fee refund. After work begins, fees are nonrefundable to the extent of work already performed. If Qasr Imberon cannot accept or complete the agreed service, the unperformed portion will be refunded. Third-party cancellation policies are outside these terms.

Changing Information and Third Parties

Hours, ticket availability, prices, visitor rules, accessibility arrangements, transport services, and evening programming may change without notice. Qasr Imberon checks time-sensitive guidance against official visitor sources when preparing a plan, but cannot guarantee third-party availability, operating schedules, admission, or performance.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must confirm current official information before departure, obtain required tickets and travel documents, arrive on time, follow venue rules, and assess whether an activity or transport choice suits their circumstances. Planning advice does not replace official safety, accessibility, medical, immigration, or legal guidance.

Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

The plan is supplied for the personal use of the requesting party. It may not be resold, republished, or used to operate a competing service. Qasr Imberon retains rights in its original planning format and written material; third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Limits

Services are provided with reasonable care using the information available at preparation time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qasr Imberon is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed admission, third-party acts, schedule changes, travel disruption, or decisions made contrary to official information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Los Angeles, California, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer.
